Welcome

Castle Hill St Philip’s is a Voluntary Aided
Church of England Primary School for boys and
girls aged from 4 to 11 years. It is expected
that there will be approximately 210 children
on roll in September 2011.

Our school community offers a warm welcome
to everyone. Our staff and children are keen to
share their thoughts and ideas about what
ensures Castle Hill is a successful, happy and
improving school. We aim to create a happy,
healthy, caring community where all children
feel secure and confident and have the
opportunity to achieve their best.

We recognise that education is a partnership between parents, pupils and school. Staff and Governors work together to ensure that children receive the best possible education. We welcome family members and carers to be involved with the school in a variety of ways and aim to form happy and successful partnerships with parents and carers of all our children.
The purpose of our website is to provide information about how the school functions and to provide information which will help to give a clearer understanding of our school. To fully appreciate how our school works and to experience our welcoming, friendly and happy working atmosphere, please feel free to make an appointment to visit us.

Our group aims to offer friendly and informal drop-in sessions that people can bring their babies and young children to.  It is important however that parents and carers understand that they must take responsibility for any children they bring along to our sessions.  Parents must keep a watchful eye on their children at all times to prevent any accidents.
