Behaviour is excellent at Castle Hill St Philip’s. Teachers expect high standards of behaviour so that all children are free to learn without disruption.

We encourage an ethos of good manners, self-discipline, respect for each other and pleasant and positive attitudes through a system of praise and rewards. High priority is given to developing positive self image and esteem and children’s achievements and contributions are valued and celebrated.

Our school rules are firmly embedded in our daily routines. By following these rules we create a positive and nurturing learning environment for all.
